How Does Your Garden Grow?

Donate a plant to KPP! Spring has sprung, and we are all busy getting our gardens prepped at our homes. We have a simple request! Please purchase 1 extra plant to be planted on the Kings Point Recreation Club grounds.

WE DEPEND ON YOU

As you all know, KPP is volunteer run and operated, and we survive on a shoestring budget and donations from all of the generous community members.

BEAUTIFICATION OF KPP CONTINUES

2022 was a big year for improving the grounds & landscaping via City of Centennial grants and hard work from volunteers. A lot of blood, sweat, and (some) tears, have gone into cleaning, creating garden beds, planting, and more.

This year, we aim to continue the beautification of KPP by adding more plants, continue cost effective/free landscaping improvements, and add to the overall enjoyment of the community.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

We ask that as you shop for your own gardens, please buy one extra plant to donate to KPP. Drought resistant perennials are preferred, but also full sun annuals (for the flower buckets), and shade perennials (for the south-side fence line, which we hope to improve this year!!).

  • Contact us at kingspointpoolpoolreccenter@gmail.com or text Casey Batt , Volunteer Board President, at 303 570-7406 to coordinate plant drop-off.

  • Quick Drop: easily drop your plan off during this weekend's volunteer day on May 6th!
